i do love this whole march madness thing. and really, the term has never been more fitting than for this past week. my first official cheerleading-free week, and if it's possible, i feel like i had less time and inversely more exhaustion than ever. i really need to slow things down.

i'm going to costa rica this summer with our youth group, or at least that's the way it appears right now on paper. the major hindrance may or may not prove to be money, but thanks to my ever generous parents, the first financial hurdles have been tackled (deposit and passport application fee). i'm excited about the trip but need to pray for more of a vision as to what my role will be as i interact with the teens. i'm not going with any expectations and will just be going with the flow as far as schedule and activities while we're there.

a prayer of thanks was given last night for THURSDAYS. this is part of the reason. completely unworthy; ultimately thankful.
